I love Ferguson! They are always willing to try and find the best deal for you, have high quality stuff at a decent price, and are so patient. Their showroom offers quite a bit for little Idaho Falls!

I have shopped in their plumbing supply store (hidden on the side of the building, where it feels like you aren't supposed to go) many times now, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. So much easier to get in and out than Home Depot, too.

Beautiful showroom and exceptional merchandise. We had a lovely experience with Erin, our sales consultant. She took the time with us to find just the right products for our bathroom. She worked within our budget and gave us different options to choose from. We had to return one of the products a month later and she made that process seamless as well. Thank you Erin!

Not the worst shopping experience I've ever had, but definitely a close second. I tried to return a junk product and could only get an in-store credit, staff not at all informative... I'll go elsewhere.
