This FedEx's employee has ethics issues. I had a international package delivered to me in Rexburg today. The package was delivered by FedEx Idaho Falls. When the delivery guy handed me the package, I noticed the damage of the package, it's a delicated item. So I asked the delivery guy that I want to take a picture with him to prove to the seller that the package is damaged in case the item inside is damaged and I may need to request for refund from the seller. The delivery guy said I need to sign it first, after I signed it, I asked to take a picture of him holding the damaged item, he immediately said "I need to leave, I don't have time", I said I just need 5 seconds, he said he can't do it and if there's any damage inside, I need to contact the seller since I already signed my package. Seems like the guy was trying to trick me the sign the package, so FedEx can avoid any responsibility in the future if the item inside the package is damaged. The is completely unethical and the guy acted like a scammer.

Was out on vacation while the drivers tried to deliver a package. I called in to pick it up and was told they still had it at the facility. Drove all the way to the facility within 30mins of that same call and I was told the package had already been returned to the sender.

Fast friendly service. Wish they had longer hours though. 8-6 would be nice. Even if packages don't go out that day after 5, being able to drop off after work would be nice

I start off with my shipment being delayed. It said it was en route and would be delivered by 8:30pm. Never got it. That was Friday and it's Wednesday and still have been unable to get my package. All their delivery times are during the middle of the day and they don't give me an option to choose a later one. I have a job and can't sit at home waiting for my package to give a signature. I've tried to have them hold it at a location. I haven't been able to. The app won't work and the answering service is a joke. My door tag says it's the last attempt and it's impossible to talk to a real person so I have no idea where it's being held. To say I'm angry is an understatement. 0 stars

Place is horrible I spent thirty minutes here.They really need to get someone at the front that can move faster than a turtle. They do not care about customer service.

Long lines, and could not go to just any FedEx shipping store had to drive to the other side of town to the only place they would allow to ship this package return.

Ordered a mattress and besides them delivering it to the door they threw it in the driveway. Didn't knock or let us know it was there. Package was damaged and mattress hanging out of the box. We know there thought on someone that paid hundred of dollars on something.

A delivery was made to my house this evening at 10:30 pm and they rang the doorbell! I was asleep and I have kids that were asleep. It scared me so bad to be woken up to my doorbell so late at night. They should not be delivering packages that late nor should they be ringing doorbells that late. I am not impressed!!

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with! They have not gotten a package to me on time this year! It gets to my hometown and then ships across the world again taking another 2 weeks to get here. I went to go pick up a package bc I’m fed up with it and the brought it to me but told me I can’t have it. FedEx doesn’t deserve to be in business!!!!

For the past 3 months my packages transported by FEDEX have been delivered to my neighbors across the street and vice versa, so we have to pack the packages to where they should have been delivered. Today my two packages, well over $300.00 value, were dumped on the county road in front of my property and the neighbor in the opposite direction brought them over. They were concerned that the packages would have been stolen had they been left there. Since I received a notice that my packages had been delivered earlier, I went out my back door to where I usually receive packages from UPS, but nothing was there. I had no idea that they were dumped on the county road. Thank heavens for thoughtful neighbors. If other delivery companies can deliver to my address to the door and/or leave them in the garage, then FEDEX should be able to do the same. Whoever this driver is, he is making it very easy for package pirates to steal packages, especially if they are just dumped along the county road. The neighbor that responsibly delivered these packages said that they also delivered packages that were left farther down the county road. Today's action broke the camel's back---we in the neighborhood are disgusted with FEDEX this recent delivery service. This driver is totally irresponsible and should be held accountable for his/her poor work ethic, especially since it may cost FEDEX future business. If at all possible I will request that another mode of transportation be used when I order and letting the merchant know why I am making the request. I am sure they don't like to have to replace packages that are lost or stolen when the delivery driver doesn't complete the job he/she was hired for.
