My daughter’s car suddenly became undriveable. She called the Ford dealership. They told her that they could not only tow her car but also couldn’t see what the problem was until September 23rd. I called Empey’s and they towed the car from her home that day. The next day, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the car the day after that. Forty-eight hours compared to several weeks?? Are you kidding!! We will always go to Empey’s!

They got our van Monday and gave me a ride home. But they didn’t finish until Wednesday morning.when they came to pick me up. It would help to have my van on Monday as it just sat there. They did a great job it runs a lot better now.

I was driving cross country in 100 degree weather and my air conditioner stopped working when I had just replaced the compressor the month before.
I called 3 places before Eric at Empey’s told me they could help me. He was extremely communicative and accommodating to my travel schedule. He purchased multiple prices of the part I needed just in case he “could save me a buck.”
I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

April and all the crew at Empys in Idaho Falls were fantastic! We had a break down and were very far from home (CA). Other shops weren’t answering their phones or told us it would be September (it was early August) before they could even look at our vehicle.
From the moment April answered the phone she was friendly and helpful. They squeezed us in, evaluated the issue and kept us updated throughout the process, and got our vehicle repaired and back to us that week. If I lived in the area I would definitely use their shop. I recommend them highly!

I trust Empey's to give a fair and honest evaluation with no up charges. April was very helpful in being the advisor on fixing my 2003 Toyota Camry, that has 340,000 miles.

Well I was told one price at the beginning that it would be about $1,300 to do my struts by the time they did the front and back struts and the brakes front and back brakes and the calipers and the rotors and then I had them do an oil change and then after getting it back I found out the ball joints were bad and had to take it back it ended up costing me 5800 I thought it was pretty expensive I wish I would have took it to the dealership

I took our Dodge Durango in for a routine oil change. The service was superior to any other company in the area. They did a full inspection with pictures and recommendations. They told me that these pictures are kept so that the next time the vehicle is brought in, comparisons can be made to assess condition. I was really impressed with their attention to detail, and will definitely use them again. I absolutely recommend the service at this shop.

Empey’s and all their staff definitely get our 5 star review. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and encouraging people!! Just what we needed on our cross country travel when our car broke down in Yellowstone National Park. First we had our car first towed out of the park, then to the nearest dealership who was unable to service us. We called multiple businesses trying to get our car serviced quickly. Empey’s although fully booked for the day came to our rescue. They towed and repaired our car the same day! What amazing people to go out of their way to get us back on the road! Way to go Empey’s entire team! Feeling grateful to all of you!
