This specific agency is the worst insurance provider I've ever had to deal with. I've only been with them a few months and ive had to call multiple times to ask why my bill was different than the last. I never got any calls back when they said they would after looking into it. After telling me my bill was going to be the lower price multiple times in the end as I suspected it wasnt.Update: The only txt I received was to notify me my payment was late which when I called yet again I was then told to ignore and i would get all call back about it which I didnt. When I called back i was told I still needed to pay the balance because drive safe and save isnt set up. I informed them multiple times that the drive safe and save is set up I have all the app data to prove it and I keep being told it's not set up.

We've been with State farm for a year, iui haven't had a ticket nor accident in 20 yrs yet are insurance had gone up twice.

I can't say enough about EmmaLee's team. They're the best! Angelo did a great job handling my son's car accident and insurance claim. And when we needed to follow up with the auto shop that was doing the work, they got on top of it right away. Boy did we get results! Thanks EmmaLee and Angelo!

EmmaLee Robinson and her staff are a class A agency!I have been with them for years and their service is excellent, their word is their bond.State farm Insurance company processes and pays claims quickly which means less stress during stressful situations.
