“The original radio/nav in my '11 Grand Cherokee was having issues so I decided to look into upgrades. I've done some car audio myself but I decided to ask the experts. Glad I did. They recommended a system to me that would keep all of the car's integrated capabilities: the rear cam, the xm, the steering controls. It even integrates into the car computer to show gauges and tpms.Layaway and payment plans are available. Got my jeep scheduled and they got everything done in a day. They had one of their guys sit in the car with me afterwards and walk me through the new system, how to use it, what everything does. We realized we'd had a miscommunication and there was a piece missing so the xm wasn't connected. They got it back in the shop for the part immediately and had it fixed in about 30 minutes and we were back in the car finishing getting to know the system.I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise.Even if you know how to do full audio systems, I would still recommend them for parts.”

I doubt this would be easy & suspect it may not have been possible on a phone service which only offers contract plans. “Easily found what I was looking for. The locations are well marked. The store was clean and well organized, considering that it was days after Christmas. The only problem appeared to be staffing at the checkout. There were 6 customers in the checkout line, and only one clerk was at the registers/customer service. This created excessively long times to make a small purchase. In my case, it was almost 15 minutes. I was just about ready to walkout when another clerk arrived.”

“Admittedly I often forget that we have a RadioShack, recently I was looking for some small bulbs and for some reason didn't think of RadioShack I drove all around town searching for any tiny bulbs to fit a Christmas decoration for my wife. Finally I thought about RadioShack, not only did they have what I needed but I was promptly greeted and help to find them. If only I would have checked here sooner I could have saved hours of my time and who knows how much fuel. From now on if I need something electronic they will be my first stop.”
