We love Eagle Rock, they have excellent selection, customer service, and very high quality plants. They also have unique plants that other nurseries don't carry.

Eagle Rock Nursery looks amazing both inside and outside. Everything is organized and spaced out really well, and there’s a large variety of things to choose from, including plants and gardening parodists and tools; however, I do think there could be a little more variety in pots. They have a lot of cute ones, but the majority are sealed and don’t have bottom holes for drainage. And a lot are plastic, which I don’t want to put my plants in. The quality of the plants are really fantastic. Of course I can’t attest to every single plant, but of the ones I purchased, the plants were well cared for and thriving. The soil especially impressed me.My main gripe with the nursery is with the employees. I would highly recommend that management train them in plant knowledge. I had to ask several employees questions regarding plants, to which none could answer. I think if you’re going to be working at a garden nursery, you should be well-versed in plant knowledge.

They helped us find plants that would work in our yard and recommended compost. They want their plants to live after you bring them home.

The employees seem to getting bitter, very unhelpful. And pretty nasty towards their customers.

Loved it! They had information about planting seasons. Ladybugs. Praying mantises. Could have stayed for hours.

Warrantied a tree out with the mykes product yes I had lost my receipt and the owner was nice enough to warranty it for me when he didn’t have to but and the older lady that processed the warranty told me I couldn’t warranty the next tree even when I went out of my way to purchase the myke product again she refused to process it on that transaction and made me ring it up separately needless to say I used to recommend these guys all the time because they would always help out with questions and had nice quality products but after that experience and the older lady being that rude and disrespectful I haven’t been back and I tell people to go to other places that I haven’t been treated like a thief and a liar by employees

Laura stopped what she was doing to tour me around the Nursery explaining with detail about all of the Trees and Shrubs. How to plant them and care for them and I'm so grateful to have met her. The other Gentleman that worked there loaded all of my Trees and Shrubs into my truck. What a great place.

Absolutely enjoyed the experience of shopping here. Multiple associates asked me if I had found what I was looking for and we're more than willing to answer any questions, even what I thought were the silly ones, and not be belittling for the lack of my knowledge in any way. For being late in the season they still had a fantastic selection of both annuals and perennials. Also some really good pots.

This is a beautifully maintained, clean nursery. It is well organized and stocked with lots of lovely flowers and plants. They shared helpful planting and care information and were very friendly. I really enjoyed visiting, and hope to return soon!

Eagle Rock Nursery on Rollendet St and 19th in Idaho Falls Idaho has an amazing array of shade or fruit trees, shrubs, bedding plants, flowering plants, hanging baskets, vegetables and house plants. You can also find seeds and seed packets as well as pots, sprays, fertilizer and garden tools. Looking for bark? They have it. Need potting mix? They have it. Nearly every employee is helpful and friendly. They also are a bit on the pricey side, so be warned about sticker shock before you go. We've purchased several trees here which seem to be doing ok. We also purchased raspberry plants. Sadly they are not looking like much more than the dead looking sticks they appeared to be when we bought them, that in spite of special soil mix and following the nurseries detailed instructions. Crossing fingers, but for $41.00 per 10 canes it isn't looking too promising. All In all it's worth stopping by for a visit.
