This place has sadly g9ne downhill. I used tonshop here regularly.... now I avoid it, and when I do wind up there the staff is almost guaranteed to disappoint. ?

I got some cream cheese on October 7th 2024, pulled this right from the front 2 months expired. Glad to see the quality has gone down hill, will not be coming back here again

This place is great to find treasures!!
Something that really like is that every time that I get there they have new stuff to watch. The checkout is pretty fast.

I made the mistake of going into the dollar store on Broadway once again. I tried to avoid it at all costs, I keep hoping maybe the person isn't there anymore, but she still is. I think she's a manager, she's kind of a smaller gal with long brown hair. She never helps the checker no matter how many people are in line. Tonight, she came up to the counter to help the one checker with some change and I thought "oh good there's more than 10 people in line she'll open another register" but she did not, she just went back down the aisle and was casually strolling with a cart. I will not be coming back, I hope you guys do something about this, this has happened several times to me, I cannot afford to spend 45 minutes in the dollar store. Bless this girl's heart, she is nice enough the times I have talked to her but she doesn't realize what she's doing to the store. Something has got to give.

This store is fine for a dollar store. Usually fairly well stocked and mostly clean and organized. The biggest problem is checkout is usually pretty slow. They often have longer lines and depending on the cashier, the speed of checkout can be rather slow.

Ughhh. I love the dollarstore by me so much. But I swear this one manager (jasmine) makes check out sooooo long. Went to the store tonight and had to wait while two workers were in the office area. Not sure what they were doing but almost ten minutes before someone would come out and help us. I just hope that the rest of my experiences become better.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. the only nice part about it was the lady that said have a good night. The worker came around the corner as me and my friends friends accidentally dropped gems on the ground. We picked all of them up and she proceeded to say “ Are we just making a mess and not picking up because I’m the one that has to clean all of this up.” when I said no ma’am, I’m picking up the mess that I accidentally just made. She said “OK well I’m the one that has to clean this whole thing and re-organize everything so you guys better not be making messes. You have 13 minutes to finish shopping.“ her attitude was absolutely uncalled for and not appreciated whatsoever. Me and my friends were just here to grab a few crafts before our graduation. NOT OKAY!

Corrina or whatever is very snotty. She yelled at my child to 'watch out' and got pissed when the lady behind told her she was scanning her stuff with my items.
