Unfortunately Dillard's does not do returns if you can provide debit card that you purchased the item with. Only with yellow sticker or reciept. Even Wal Mart you can look up and item from debit card that you purchased it from if lost the receipt...hint hint it is 2024 Dillard's ?

Dillard's is a huge store with 2 floors and with lots of clothes. And all the clothes are super cute and in style but I'd say the prices are pretty dang high. They also have tons of formal dresses perfect for prom or homecoming.

Returning an item (that was paid with cash) is next to impossible. They make it very inconvenient and time consuming. Not to mention that there was NO ONE in the main office. We waited almost 10 minutes before someone actually showed up. Several employees walked by without a word. No one was in the main office. No one answered the phone when we were requesting help. Super frustrating. They held our money hostage.
