Of all the other places I have used!!.Crystal water is the best Steven is sincere person that really cares about your needs very very professional and the lady in the office was tat on very efficient explained everything I'm extremely happy with the purchase I have made.Their water system works so much better than the others I have tried and used.I would highly suggest anybody needing us water system would give them a call and a chance

We live in an area with fairly hard water and when we built our new home I knew we wanted to install a water softener to protect our pipes, fixtures and appliances. I had some hesitation about what some people had described as a slimy feeling when showering in soft water but when I spoke to the awesome reps at Crystal Water they listened to my concerns and picked out a system that would have the right balance for our home. We were not expecting miracles but after about 18 months I can say we have very much noticed the difference and we love it. Shower actually feels better, skin doesn’t dry out, clothes are softer and all our shower and sink fixtures continue running smoothly with none of the hard water buildup we battled before.The team at Crystal Water was professional and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Crystal Water installed a new system in our home a few years ago. It works Beautifully! Soft water is MUST in this area! Steven was quick to get us in his schedule, reasonable, fair and great to work with! I highly recommend Crystal Water!

Crystal Water installed a water softener in my home 7 years ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. I recently had them upgrade the system in my parents' home and the new system is noticeably superior to the old system. The installation tech was professional, clean, and courteous. He was thoughtful and suggested a space-saving installation. (see photo) Thanks for doing great work!

I have had a great experience with Crystal Water. They know their stuff and have set me up with an excellent system. I love the benefits of having soft water in my home. Also, love the convenience of having Crystal Water deliver salt directly to my house.

I usually don’t leave reviews but when I find a good honest company I feel we need to support them. We purchased a water softener from Crystal Water and we were amazed with the quality of the product as well as the service. Other companies want to sell unnecessary tests and products that after doing research were simply not needed. We have since purchased other products from Crystal Water for reverse osmosis etc and our experience is the same every time. Certainly the best company for these services in East Idaho.
