Eric is truly a hero!!!! We found out last minute that we left out two award winners who were coming to our conference and Eric went ABOVE and BEYOND to order the same exact matching award trophys from Colorado and arranged shipping to arrive on time!!!!He saved the day! Absolutely great work, offered excellent service and kindly took a last minute - same day order without hesitation. The design and ordering process was smooth, he even pulled products from the back just so I could get some ideas. And was patient as I changed my mind a couple of times. Turn around time was exceptional to say the least and the overall price was fair and products are great quality.

Crown was excellent! They saved my bacon.. I needed a name plate for my daughter and they were able to replicate it and have it ready in a few hours. They were prompt and customer service was excellent. We now know where to send any and all future engraving business to. I highly recommend! Thanks to everyone for their help!!

Fantastic service. Owner and assistant both are two of the kindest individuals who will work with you to create your custom engraving / design exactly how you envision it. They are also very flexible and accommodating and if you need something in a pinch. They are willing to sqeeuze your item in-- if they don't have other orders with upcoming committed dates, and they'll do so and at no extra cost to customer!!Crown Trophy stands out FAR above and beyond all other engraving places in town I've visited when it comes to caring about, and meeting the needs of their customers.
