I was helped by Jose with getting my new phone transferred over from my old phone. He was so helpful and friendly and he helped me even when I showed up late when he was about to close shop. I would highly recommend!

I was able to add a phone to my friends account without her being present. The phone broke in 7 days. I was given a warranty reference and instructed to return the phone via ups. A new phone would then be sent to her address listed on the account. Meanwhile I was able to add a replacement phone to my friends account. When I got to ups they would not accept the broken phone because I’m not the name on the account. I’m saving 10$. Never again will I use cricket.

I returned a phone and they didn't give me back my upgrade fee or activation fee. Also they never told me online the activation is free. And I called them and I was told they dont do that. So I never got my upgrade fee returned to me when it clearly states that an upgrade fee should be refunded when you have a return. They would not give me my refund....

Charged extra fees they did not disclose. When I told them to cancel autopay and end the service on my hotspot they didn’t do it.I went in the day the charge was made and asked for a refund.Despite the service starting the next day the lady said “we already have the money” so we cant do anything, despite the main guy Enrique insuring we can end the service anytime, as we had told him several times on two occasions that we only needed it for two months, and wanted to cancel September 12, when we got a permanent wifi solution. So they made a prepaid charge of $55 for a month where we are not using the hotspot service once.We were planning on switching our phone plan to them, because the actual phone part worked fine, but when I looked at my initial reciept there were a bunch of little “service initiation fee” and “setup fees” fo $10 and $25. They did not tell us about this so it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.Just an overall unpleasant experience here, there is only one employee there at a time, and they often have a long line as well.
