“I purchased a 5 lb prime rib pre-seasoned for Easter. It was the best prime rib I think I have ever had. My family loved it. The price was extremely competitive to the heavily fatty prime ribs sold in the grocery store. And on top of that the customer service was awesome. . All of my meat purchases will be done at Grand Peaks from now on. I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“First time visiting this taco truck/trailer on Rollandet and was not disappointed. We had fresh made Al Pastor tacos served with lime wedges, cilantro and onion, sliced radishes and three different delicious salsas. Very tasty and we are ready to go back and try more. The owner also has specials made only on Saturday and Sunday which include a pound of carnitas, tortillas and the fresh salsa for $8.99. Also tamales, menudo and barbacoa. Definitely going back to try those goodies. Also looking forward to checking out their breakfast burritos. There are not too many "authentico" places to eat in Idaho Falls, so it's nice to add this to the short list. Definitely will be back again. Check out the menu in the pics. A plus is that it is parked in front of their Hispanic food speciality market, so you can grab a soda or something to drink inside when you pay for your food from the taco trailer and also grab fresh breads, produce and check out their meat market in the back. A little gem hidden in our area.”

“Update: We have our meat! The owner made contact after the review and it sounds like there was a huge backload of animals in the deep freeze to be butchered. No problem, I wish there was communication about this, but we got our meat late Feb. We've had a few meals from it so far and all the cuts have been great!Previous review: I took 2 large bucks in to be processed in late October 2022. Did not hear back by December, so we called and texted the number with no response. It is now February and still no response even after reaching out to their Facebook page. I cannot easily go in person since I live on the other side of the state. There has been absolutely no explanation or contact as to what happened to our meat. This meat was meant to sustain my family for the year. I am livid over this company's lack of professionalism. I am hoping this bad review will wake them up and convince you to avoid them. I will change my review the moment they get my meat to me.”
