I purchased new headlights for my truck and they needed to be adjusted by a shop. After calling around to local shops, Lithia was able to do it for free. It was very quick, very friendly, and I would go there again with all my automotive needs!!

We came in with a broken driver-side rear window that couldn't be replaced but Damon took care of us. He got the guys to put a sheet over the broken window and refused to accept the money we tried to offer him. Beyond grateful! Would give a 6/5 rating if I could!

I have been a loyal customer of the Lithia Ford, previously Broadway Ford body shop since 2008. I've taken two vehicles there several times for various work. I used to recommend them to other people.About 5 years ago my 2011 F150 was rear ended and had them repair it. They replaced the left bed panel and rear bumper. I now have rust starting in the wheel well area. I've taken it to other body shops and they said it shouldn't be happening this soon and that they thought proper corrosion protection wasn't used.I just took it to them & asked if they would fix it. The manager said they have lifetime warranties on paint & workmanship but they would not fix my issue because it was just from normal wear & tear. I've put 10,000 miles on this truck since the work was done, the majority of which was local.I'm extremely disappointed in Lithia Ford Body Shop and am now an unhappy former customer. I will never go back and based on my experience I would not recommend them to anybody.

Damon Steele was fantastic! Somebody rear ended me at a stop sign. I drive an older car so I was concerned it was gonna be totaled. In todays car market I knew for sure the insurance wasn’t gonna give me enough to replace. Damon and the team at Lithia found a way to be cost effective so that insurance would just fix it. That was a major lifesaver! The paint match was also really good. I was surprised how well the paint turned out since the car is 17 years old. New paint and old paint matches well. Highly recommend them. Damon was above and beyond. He was understanding and communicative.

I am thankful that Lithia Ford collision truly stands behind their lifetime guarantee. I had some fender flares that were sprayed with Speedliner bed liner to match the color of the truck. For some odd reason, five years later they were sort of discoloring. I took it back and Bob immediately took care of it. Thank you Lithia Ford collision!
