I purchased a washer and dryer from Blackers in Idaho Falls. They installed the washer and in so doing removed the water softener hose and did not reinsert it. When the water softener recycled, my basement flooded. The professionals who took care of this assured me that the hose was not reinserted. I talked with the manager at Blackers regarding the problem. He denied any responsibility, and he was rude and defensive. If you purchase from Blackers, double check their work while they are on your premises and beware.

We have wanted a nice sectional for our basement, but have narrow stairs and have had a hard time finding something that would fit. Collin Cook at Blacker’s introduced us to the Stanton line of furniture and we couldn’t be more pleased! The sectional is beautiful and so comfortable. He was so patient and made sure that we ordered exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

We came into the store only 2 days before Christmas looking for a lift chair for my dad who came for the holiday. He had just had a hip replacement and needed assistance for sitting and standing. Thanks to a fabulous sales-woman, Miss Tracy…we found a chair suitable for my dad and our living room at good sale price that we could take home that day.We are sincerely grateful. ?

Sure they're great. But after receiving several text this week, being called Holly. And asking for a review. I've decided to leave one. When entering information from a client, its important not to only have the right address, city, state, zip, street number and name. But also the correct cellphone number. Especially if you are going to send repeated text asking for a review of your business.

The gentleman that helped me was nicer than anyone I have encountered. I felt like he was a genuinely good man. Thank heavens for nice people. I wish I knew his name. He looked like my cousins husband at first glance. So it was comfortable to talk to him.

We recently purchased a sectional and dining table from Blackers. We received exceptional customer service. The sales rep we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find furniture that fit all of our needs and wants. We never felt pressured.
