Pros: Has lots of cool finds for a good price. I was surprised to see how many seasonal items they had for the kids and the trinkets they had for gifts/organizing/home etc.
Con: check out experience was weird. The main issue was the worker wasn’t communicating. She was young & was probably having a bad day however: I didn’t know they were ready, I had to present each item on my own to be scanned, and heads up: they charge for bags. I didn’t know that until I asked for a bag for my finds & they seemed annoyed as if I knew that wasn’t part of the normal check out process. I get they aren’t geared for the customer experience yet I hope that that changes just a little. Even offering a bag while scanning could have been better.

I love going here. You kind find things here you can't find anywhere else. When they have sales,they are really good on top of the already low prices. I have an array of wind chimes, I bought them all at big lots. Really cute affordable stuff. You should check Big Lots out if you haven't.

Very affordable prices needs some improvements in customer service department like saying hi or at least knowledge customers as they are walking in your store and if a customer walk past an emoyee say hi or ask them is there anything I can help you find not impressed at all with services out on the floor but how ever the cashier who checked me out was very friendly even asked if I was interested in signing up for your rewards / coupon program that get sent to your e mail she made small talk as she was ringing up my items was very impressed on her customer service just wish I knew her name ? I left happy due to her

1 cashier and it's Christmas time. The sidewalk was icy going into the store. I had to wait to ask the 1 cashier where the item I was looking for might be.I did finally find the item. Not s great shopping experience.

Wow! I was just shopping at Big a lots when I witness an employee, who later identified herself as the manager be incredibly rude to a customer. The customer didn’t see her mopping and walked towards the cash register as the light was on. The customer walked out, then walked back in and read this manager the riot act, and I cheered! It’s hard to believe this woman was really the manager, anyways this was my last time shopping at Big Lots, the store is now as low class as their staff. Bravo to the customer who wouldn't let some nasty employee treat them so horribly!
