Very good service. All the reps were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The person who came to the house was excellent. He answered all of my questions, and did a clean install of my Dish Network. Thanks!!

I would not do business with these people I was told a price on the phone drove 20 miles and when I got to there store it was closed .I called back and someone else answered the phone and said they were moving and I couldn't be helped for another 3 days he also wanted another 10 dollar's more than the first guy. I asked him to honor the first quote and all he wanted to do is argue. These guys are a joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I wish that I had stayed away from these guys. Their channel line up was poor, the Joey kept failing and they left the ugly satellite on my roof. They want $150 to remove it The roof will leak from the holes they drilled into it once they take the satellite down. I have to hire a roofer to remove it and patch the holes that Big Dog made.

I moved to Rexburg and needed help with internet and TV options(mostly internet). After looking at options online with different providers and limited options, I called Big Dog and they helped me make the best choice for my needs and where I live. Knowledgeable and great customer care! I did not get TV but if I do, I will contact them. Very Happy Customer!

Big Dog was fantastic, showed up on time, did everything they said they would. I was very happy with service I got. And after a month still have no reason not to love having Dish thru them. Installer was very complete, and we made some shifts doing the install which made prefect sense, and made it so I am very pleased. Recommend these guys to everyone, I love the Hopper. Over the top and off the scale with service and install.

Skip using Big Dog and sign up direct with the providers to save money. Highly dislike this company. We ordered Dish through them thinking it would be great to support our local business. By signing up through them it added a surcharge every month to our bill. We could have easily signed up through Dish to avoid that extra worthless cost. When we closed our Dish account 2 years later, they continued to charge us the surcharge to manage the account. We contacted them several times to get it changed and they continued to charge us and refused to refund us. Sign up for the services they offer directly from the providers, skip Big Dog

Sophie was so helpful! She explained everything about each company to make sure I made an informed choice and then got everything set up for us. As new residents we are thankful we had a company to turn to for help in answering all our questions.

They scheduled me for a date with fybercom but little did I know that the date was not accurate. Now I have to wait another week and a half for internet. Disappointed!

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. It took me WEEKS to get an installation scheduled, and when the technician came, he told me that it is impossible that we get Internet At our location. Keep in mind I had 3 employees TELL ME that I could. When I called Big Dog again to try to see other options, they told me they would call me back. I never got one call back, and when I mention this to an employee, I get yelled at. This is unacceptable. You WILL not get internet, and you WILL be led on a while goose chase for weeks. I wish I could put 0 stars.

WARNING: I would not use this cimpany! Why? Let me tell you! Installer came, and sat in my driveway for 15 minutes, 15 minutes before he was supposed to show up. Called our disconnected number, (we were sure to give our new number to company to avoid this) and when installer got our disconnected number, he left! (Even though he saw the t.v. on from the driveway, realizing someone was home!) I called ASAP as l saw him driving away, only to be told that " We don't have a Big Dawg truck with our name on it (which l saw sitting in my driveway for 15 minutes). After arguing with customer service, they were unable to contact the installer to turn around and come back, as he wouldn't answer his text! After playing phone tag for half the day, and talking to 4 different people, each promising an install that day, l was told the installer was in the middle of someone else's install (on my time!) Long story short, this company didnt have my correct phone number, didn't know what company trucks the company had, wasn't able to contact their people, couldn't give me a straight answer, and told me l would have to wait an additional 2 weeks for an installation of Dish to my home! I called Dish directly, warned them about Big Dawg Entertainment, was told they were aware of problems with this company, and told l would have Dish installers at my house the next morning to install my Dish "By Professionals!" I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, for Dish installation, or even dog catching! Ultimately, they may not come through for you. One issue is one thing, but 4 or 5 issues is quite another! Again, these people are everywhere, and not where they're supposed to be when they're supposed to be there!
