Incredibly frustrating “service”. I called 7or 8 times over the period of 2 weeks to resolve an issue, was told something completely different each time and when they promised to call me back- never happened, even days after. Which is why I had to call so many times. Will be cancelling with this bank ASAP

Having been a member for several decades, it seems service has gone downhill. The phone recording is a generic message, the call center has no customer service skills and actively will avoid your call if you call back after being sent to a generic voicemail ( Elisias?). My daughters card was cancelled due to a “new” Netflix charge and was never notified, resulting in her bills being declined from various auto payments and threatened for collections. She was never notified via text or phone. Not acceptable in this day and age. Do better.

I've always been happy with my experience at Beehive Federal Credit Union. I don't feel like trying this on-line banking.or digital banking whatever it is called!, Sorry.

I am surprised by the lack of service of this credit union with my most recent experience. I had a dormant account and called in to claim the funds in the account. The person on the phone told me it was transferred over to the Idaho Department of Unclaimed Property. I called the state to claim the transferred funds. The state told me they didn't receive anything from Beehive. I then called back Beehive and they said the same thing (they don't have the funds, it was transferred to the state), even though the state said they didn't get anything from them. So, I called back the state and they followed up with Beehive. Turns out, Beehive filed a report with the state incorrectly about the transferred funds. I called Beehive back after finding this out from the state. Beehive actually DID have the funds stuck in a general ledger account. Now, for them to give me the funds, they are going to charge me a fee. The so called credit union is running their organization more like a scam than anything. They give you the runaround, refuse to accept responsibility, and then charge you fees for their imcompetance to claim YOUR money that should've been with the state. Glad I didn't bank more with these people. And sadly, I'm not the only one having this same problem with them (according to what the state told me). This whole process shows me the state gives better customer service than this credit union.

When I was first married and my wife and I were trying to get into our first home they pre-approved us for a home loan, then after we made an offer told us there was no way they could give us the loan as we were too young and didn't have enough credit. Isn't that what pre-approval is for? Later we heard from several other couples who had the same experience. We had no issue getting the loan elsewhere.These guys are behind in the times. Their mobile app constantly has issues, remote deposit just flat out doesn't work, and they only have one location in Idaho Falls.

I don't bank with them but see their neglegent driving I wouldn't want to. A car marked with their logo in a huge traffic jam on woodruff they cut me off trying to get in to my lane and make the green light. There was a line of cars they cut trying to get in front of me. Yea they probably won't care about your money if they don't care about the safety of others on the road ?
