I just want to add that Dillon was awesome. I’ve always been skeptical about Batteries +, mostly because of pricing. In the past I’ve had some make or break it encounters with this store and not all of them have been the best, so I was hesitant to go back. But He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he really made the experience easy. As long as he is there I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know! I hope Batteries + Bulbs knows how lucky they are to have such a valuable employee like that.

They were able to recover a battery that was dead dead and would not take a charge on my home trickle charger… saved me from having to buy another $179 battery.

I would give ZERO stars for my experience here. I got a new battery for my truck at the beginning of the year (2/28) paying $35-45 more than our local parts house ($38 more than the local Ford dealership)…and I was confident in my “Batteries Plus Duracell Battery” purchase up until April when I started to have issues with the battery not holding more than 50% charge….leaving me stranded multiple times in extreme temperatures and weather…working and living off grid through the winter. It took a very lethargic, incompetent, store clerk nearly an hour to try to diagnose the symptoms of the battery…20 minutes of that was waiting for the clerk (who had an empty store and playing on his phone as I walked in) to get dressed because it was snowing outside! The clerk did not know how to use the simple testing device and couldn’t find the right settings on the device to test the battery, opening the fuse box under the hood to try to get a good connection instead of going off the battery posts clearly marked and available to use. I had to train this slacker how to use it!!! He went inside numerous times to talk to a manager behind a 2 way mirrored office who never came out to assist this clerk who did not know what he was doing. That manager ultimately said my truck was not charging (bad alternator) that I needed to go to a shop to verify the alternator was good “In writing “ before he would consider a replacement. Not to mention that he forwarded that diagnosis and information to the same incompetent clerk to relay to me not even stepping foot out of his office!!! It was like buying a car in the 90s! My truck was putting out 14.3 volts to the battery which was only accepting and storing 10.9 volts. Duh you stupid idiots…that’s a bad battery! Been a car guy all my life and seen some shady tactics over the years but Batteries Plus definitely takes the cake on oldskool, greasy, shenanigans. Stopped by Advanced Auto parts after that, explained my experience at Batteries plus, not only did they test my electrical system correctly but they determined it was a bad battery and put a new one in ”matched Batteries Plus price plus an additional10%” and I was down the road in 20 minutes!

On a trip to Arizona from North Idaho, our RV batteries failed to hold a charge through the night. It was a rough night in 15 degree temps with no heater. We pulled into Batteries Plus the next morning where Mark was able to exchange the two batteries because they were still under warranty and failed a charge test. Mark was kind, courteous and efficient and Batteries Plus is lucky to have an employee of his caliber. He even removed the bad batteries and installed the new ones. Great customer service at this location!!

I’ve been a satisfied customer of Batteries Plus for years. All of the staff are great. Recently I was having seriou issues with my IPhone. A battery, + others parts were needed plus the s/w wasn’t upgrading as it should have been doing. It appeared I might have to buy a new phone. EICKs!!! Fortunately John was able to find the problems and resolve the issues. I’m so grateful. Batteries Plus is great trustworthy, honest, professional, business . Thank you again

Employees were friendly and the employee who installed my car battery knew what he was doing. The car battery I needed was available immediately and was not at other places that sell car batteries in town.
