We couldn't find the book we were looking for, so the associate ordered it for us. We found some other items and books we've been wanting, and the Cafe made it an overall enjoyable experience.

Oh Barnes and Noble... You are a dangerous store. I get lost in there. So many books, not enough hours in the day. They are really good about getting a book for you when they don't have it in stock on the shelf within a couple of days.

Clean and luxurious. They know how to merchandise well. I love that they have a coffee shop inside as well, so you can read your new finds with a cup of your favorite drink. Excited whenever I get to go here. If you're in Idaho Falls for the day to shop this is a must stop place. They even have board games, vinyl, and toys.

I would much rather be giving positive reviews. However, I have given the staff at this IF store countless chances to offer good service. Not only are the prices there so much more, you have to stand in line to ask a question only to be told that you must go stand in the other line if you aren't ready to be rung up. I think the good reviews people are giving this store are based on the fact that book stores have a pleasant ambiance in general. This review is about the terrible service received here on so many occasions. I try to be optimistic and so I kept giving them another chance...no more. Try going to Target, or Fred Meyer, or Google smaller local book stores, you'll save your time, money, and give smaller more deserving businesses a better chance. Truly this store constantly exhibits some of the worst service I've ever experienced.
