“I had my truck breakdown 1200 miles from home. I called 911 and was transferred to the Idaho State Patrol. I explained my situation, they were very helpful giving me 3 tow company numbers. I tried Lindsay first, the lady that answered was very nice and helpful and sent Tyler right out. He was great. Got me on a rollback and to Lithia Ford which has also been very helpful.

“We had an issue with my daughter's car and had it towed to Oswald's. They were amazing to work with. They ran the diagnostics and realized that our problem was very specific to the make and model and we would be better served to take it to a specialist. They found us the options we had near by and allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we could get in to the specialist mechanic. After everything was done it was a very expensive fix. I called Oswald's to pay what we owed them. Kevin could have charged us for the diagnostic, labor times, fluids used and the storage fees but instead he didn't charge us anything. A very kind act at a very tough time. Their customer service shows how deeply Kevin and the people at Oswald's are connected to the people in their communities. If it doesn't have to be handled by the manufacturer I will be bringing our vehicles to Oswalds!!”

“I live in Utah couldn't find anybody to work on my 51 650 BSA Gold flash call them up spoke to the owner and he told me bring it on up I can work on it for you they're only open Monday through Friday but he came down on Saturday for me because that was the only time I could bring the bike in this place is awesome I would recommend this place to anybody that needs an triumph BSA Norton I'm sure there's a few other ones and I'll Will add on to my review when I get the pick up my bike very excited to ride my bike”

My insurance didn't cover it but it was affordable and comparable to other places. But he is better since he comes to you.
