“Very delayed in posting. These guys are amazing. My sunroof was smashed and I couldn’t find anyone that would do it for under 5000$ because all other shops refused to do it without new parts and also kept including parts that weren’t needed for the fix. I called around and got a used sunroof delivered to them which they installed quickly and professionally. While I wouldn’t recommend purchasing your own parts outside of a shop, I really didn’t have a choice as the damage was causing other issues with my Land Rover and I was on an extreme budget. I’m so happy to have it fixed and am very appreciative of these guys for caring about their customers. And to the young man that showed up on Labor Day while I was stranded there after forgetting it was Labor Day and was 2 hours from home. You’re amazing.”

“I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. On top of all else, the work on my bumper was superb; months later, my car is running as well as new. I was left with a tiny rental cost and a small deductible.
