I will in there with extreme pain.. because I was not able to come up with over $4,000 I was turned away in pain and Aspen wouldn't even prescribe me antibiotics.. It was a sheer lack of humanity and as a veteran I was completely disgusted that anybody could be turned away in a time of pain and dire need..

Very satisfactory. Becausd of their very warm Dental services as well Dr Hatch. , He is very nice gave me detailed option to what to be done.I am very happy and thankful.

I was never told how much I would be charged for visit, was quoted way more than an other dentist for the exact same thing but they offered gas for less cost. Not impressed do not recommend this place

I had a very negative experience here. I am a caregiver for my father. I took him here for dentures. The front office manager called and told me to come in “anytime” to take the next steps toward getting my dad’s dentures, but conveniently forgot to tell me no one is in the office for their 1 and 1/2 hour lunch. They just leave a note telling you to sit and wait if you need help, as they are in the back having lunch. I come back at 1:30 and another lady helps me. She does not acknowledge my frustration after I tell her what took place with the lack of communication, but instead proceeds to patronize, condescend and tell me that I am not correct in what I was told by the front office manager. She then introduces herself as the owner and doctor there. She then says “nice to meet you” with a patronizing tone and laugh. That was enough for me. I told her she would not be receiving my business and as I left I told her she should rethink putting misleading hours on the front door of her business. The hours say 7:30-5pm on Mondays, but that is false, they take lunch from 12:00-1:30. I hope they got their tummy’s full in that hour and a half because they lost a customer and $3,700. I’ll take my dad somewhere where they really value their customers and their customers time because it’s certainly not at Aspen Dental. The first red flag should have been that their office was never busy when I entered both times. I should have clued in.

I've been really impressed with the office staff and the way that they have made the process so smooth. The staff and dentist have made a process that I don't love really comfortable. I'm looking forward to finishing the process...

I am a new patient and this was my first visit. Bottom line, it was the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had! The visit was not rushed. The dentist was excellent and the staff was friendly and it was obvious that they liked their job.

this was one of the worse experiences, I have ever had, I called to just get a cleaning and fillings done, I live about 1 hour from aspen in idaho falls and they knew this, I have been there 5 times and they still couldn't do anything right, one time they even scheduled me when a doctor wasn't even there, so that was a waste of time and I got off work early to do this and also when I got there, they were looking at my bottom teeth, which I did not have done, what the hell, don't they have my records there. It was a painful and waste of money experience, I would I drove to meridian, if I knew how clueless the doctors are in idaho falls

Excellent care and service! I cannot say enough about the excellence of the Idaho Falls office! They are a joy to work with and go out of their way to make sure YOU come first! Only caveat is trying to get through to the IF office if you have to call for any reason. The office staff at the IF office are excellent, the person you get when forwarded, not so much. They are the "company" receptionist who have "generic" answers. They do not know your history or anything about the relationship between you and your dentist. So make sure you talk to the people you KNOW lol.
