He was super kind, patient, and even worked with me on pricing so I felt good about what I was getting from the start. I really appreciate that he went out of his way to make things right. “Very impressed with the service we recently received on a vacuum that we purchased from them several years ago. The vacuum had a couple minor things that needed to be fixed. The vacuum company had stopped making that particular model of vacuum that we own. However, that did not stop them from fixing it. They still had some parts left over that they used to fix it and did not charge us anything! It's amazing how they stand behind the products which they sell and are great at customer satisfaction!”

“Easily found what I was looking for. The locations are well marked. The store was clean and well organized, considering that it was days after Christmas. The only problem appeared to be staffing at the checkout. There were 6 customers in the checkout line, and only one clerk was at the registers/customer service. This created excessively long times to make a small purchase. In my case, it was almost 15 minutes. I was just about ready to walkout when another clerk arrived.”
