“Used Best Buy as an installer for a backup camera and new console stereo for my car. Everything went very well, Zack did a great job installing everything. He knows his stuff, all new components were seamlessly installed. He is also very knowledgeable in his profession and did a fantastic job explaining the all the ins and outs of the new system and how it worked. I am very happy with how everything went, from purchase to schedule to install. Even the Best Buy employee (wish I remembered his name) who hadn't put together many orders or install schedules before did a great job and asked for help when he needed it. Overall, very personal employees and a great place to go.”
“I had a great customer service interaction with Daisy at the paint counter. She helped me determine which stain base and color mix-in I that needed using a very faded label from a couple years ago. She was a pleasure to deal with and was determined to get the mix right.

“Have used them twice now and they are very helpful. The first time, I brought my sewing/embroidery machine in as I couldn't get the needle inserted into the machine. They had to replace a part as the needle bent it (do not know the name of the part). No charge and very nice about the whole ordeal. The second issue was that I hadn't used the machine in quite awhile and didn't remember which way to insert the needle. I was still learning the machine. Therefore, I did not remember which way (when changing) the needle was to be inserted. My bad, was inserting the needle in backwards. The owner and his employee were very pleasant and very helpful, again. Plan on going to a class they are offering as I need to learn this machine. Highly recommend them!”
