I was on a long riding trip and needed a new front tire. Called around to a few shops within 100 miles or so, they had the size tire I needed (wasn't the brand I was hoping for but when you're on a long trip I'm alright with that). They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Paid for the tire and labor and I was on my way, total cost just under $500 was a bit steep compared to the many dealers I've been to for tires around the states but again I couldn't be too picky since I was on the road. Once I got on the highway, I had a shake from 55-65 mph due to improper balancing. I ended up pulling the weights off it got so annoying, actually help a bunch. I put 1,200 miles on that tire before arriving home which I was going to rebalance myself (I have tire and balancer at home). I pulled the wheel and tire off to balance and noticed the DOT date code on the tire was over 9 years old, what respectable place could ever send someone out on a tire that old! Who keeps tires in stock that are that old? Well, I took that tire off and put a new one on. That was an expensive 1,200 miles, I wouldn't even give that tire to anyone with a date code that old. Shame on you guys for selling a tire like that and shame on me for not checking prior to my departure.

I really liked everyone here Parker,Tim great people had a problem with Carls selling me a 701 Husqvarna that was never right, limp mode and 20 hours later brought me east not west. Unfriendly? Everyone was extremely nice, and cordial. Being honest the last time I felt the holy spirit in a business was in the company of devout coptic Christians whom ran the local am p.m. They even informed us about Triumph motorcycles down the road who had Sherco parts and was another blessing to encounter. The shop itself has inventory that you won't find elsewhere new or used. I bought the KTM 6 dayextremely happy. You get more with honey than vinegar, so be polite reading some of these negative reviews as Hans Wilhelm states "ninety percent of what people say disparaging others is a projection of their own inability".

Well they seem pretty unfriendly and overprice for service. They use to be better??? And that's the last time i go there, Bens' Motorcycle is a Much Better place, old school and Cool!! Keep the Rubber side down!

The parts department are so rude. My child bought a toy and played with it for 5 minutes. Then the front wheel snapped off it. They said no we aren’t going to replace it. They supposedly spoke with their distributor sale guy saying that they don’t replace or warranty toys. I called the manufacturer of the toy who specifically said that they toy had a warranty on it and they warranty these toys all the time. They just have to do a claim on it and send it back. Someone just didn’t want to work. I had to have the manufacturer speak with Tim the parts manager before they would do anything. They finally replaced to toy but of course no apology for the rude customer service. Would stay clear of this place.

Noticed they had a quad I wanted on their website.. called to ask about said quad and the price was higher than what it was online .. when I asked about the price they said they had added a winch and got the run around.. I asked if they could work on the price, said he would have to talk to manager.. long story short they would not hold to their advertised price and trying to squeeze every dollar out of anyone they can.

Went to action today ready to buy or at least order a bike for my son. It’s clear that the market for off road vehicles/dirt bikes/etc is amazing as they obviously don’t think they need to have good customer service to sell stuff. I truly don’t care about how irritated I was, but my son looked devastated. Thank you to Rexburg motor sports for turning his day around. We will do all of our business in Rexburg from now on

I have purchased several off road vehicles here, trying to support the locals, but the service department is horrible! My 2020 RZR had been in the shop 9 month in the last year. Oh, and don't waste your money on the extended warranty, my 2017 RZR lost and engine and turbo, the 2000 dollars warranty is not worth the paper its written on. They said my off road vehicle had been driven in the dirt too much and wouldn't warranty it, only want 10 grand to put a motor and turbo in it. If the motor wont last 4 years they shouldn't sell you a warranty! Oh and it doesn't cover tie rods or U-joints either. I went and bought a Can Am for a backup, just got over 1000 miles on it, only time its been in the shop is for a service, in and out the same day. Somethings to think about when your shopping for your next toy!

Excellent service, first time buying a motorcycle online and it went perfectly! Doug was quick, responsive and went above and beyond. They even paid off my current bike, which I did not expect. Highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE! If we could give them a zero we would! Husband bought a snow bike and paid ticket price.... was handed grip warmers IN A BOX with missing parts?! Seriously?! Not even installed on the bike! Will NEVER return to this crap place! You've been warned! They will do anything for a sale and not make it right!
