Had A-1 Appliance come out to fix a relative's dryer. They were very nice and did not charge an arm and a leg. Even gave us some things to try before he came to see if we could fix it on our own. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend him he seems very knowledgeable. Had the heating element that I was looking for my dryer in stock and for the same price as Amazon. Gave me a lot of very sound advice on proper care of my dryer.

A-1 Appliance is OUTSTANDING! Porter went above and beyond our expectations! He knew all about the sorts of issues with my LG (Kenmore) front load washing machine. He had the part I needed in stock, and he gave me the advice needed to be able to install the part myself. The process went much faster and easier than I feared it might! I STRONGLY recommend A-1 Appliance for your appliance repair needs!

Scheduled an appointment for the next day for my dishwasher. Waited as long as I could for someone to show before I had to get kids from school. Repair tech called 50 mins after our scheduled time and said these repairs require more time. He could have and should have called if running late. I try to be understanding but I feel this was just a lack of respect of my time as anything else. I cant wait until its convenient for a repair. I've got a schedule to keep too. He said he couldn't come back for another week. I called another repair company.

What an amazing and knowledgeable gentleman. Needed a part for a dryer, had one in stock and was able to meet him and pick it up within minutes. Will definitely be using Porter with A-1 for anything appliance related.
