My family and I came here to browse, which normally we overlook this store, and now I remember why. We browsed the entire store and not a single employee greeted us. When an employee finally did make an appearance out of the back or wherever she came from, still not a word was said. Needless to say, we left.

The customer service was pretty horrible and the tennis shoes I bought broke after the first day. There is a no return policy on shoes worn outside of the store so I just wasted my money. The shoes were expensive and super cheap. I am not satisfied with the service or quality of this store. There are way better places in the mall to shop for cute affordable shoes that are good quality. I am so bummed about this place because I thought it was cute and a fun place to shop. Another thing that had me frustrated was they would only accept exact change to the penny in return or cards which I don’t prefer to use places like that. I hope the return policy changes and the there is a change in quality and costumer service.
