The lady who delivers to my house NEVER drops bigger packages to my step and almost ruins them. One of these days she is going to ruin something because she tries to squeeze and bend it in there. Sooo “professional” of her. Why doesn’t she get out of her car and walk a couple steps to my door. So ridiculous
