My husbands Pete was leaking antifreeze. Kylee told to come on in. They took us immediately. Wayne the foreman and Kaylee took excellent care of us. When she took us out to the shop to get something out of his truck OMG THE SHOP WAS IMPECCABLE!!! The mechanic was wonderful, never stopped working on his truck putting a new radiator in. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. Would ? recommend them to everyone!!!!

Been in here for parts several times. Mostly talk to Jeff, he provides excellent customer service and knows his parts. There’s also a lady in there who has been fantastic to work with. I wish I remembered her name, but between her and Jeff, I’m always taken care of. Good people.

Gosh what a great group of people, the service manager was quick to get me in the very next morning. Communication was great, work was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Keep up the great work yall.

I stopped in to get oil pressure sensor checked and replaced. They took my truck in within 30 min and had me out the door super fast. Only spent 90 min there from time i pulled in gate and pulled out gate. I don't remember specific names but i dealt with 1 guy at parts counter and 2 people (1 man, 1 woman) at service counter, and they all were extremely polite, friendly and best of all, they actually listened to me explain the issue and didn't treat me like i didn't know anything about a truck. Great job Jackson Group Peterbilt!!!
