I called and explained my mechanical issues they said they’re just finishing up a flat repair and they get me right in… Showed up they started working on me immediately repaired my situation, very courteous, friendly, and professional… Thanks guys

Brandon came out to the port of entry on 01/11/2024 to replace my tire on my trailer semi trailer, it took about 45 minutes to show up after my dispatcher called, he showed up, and went straight to work, I offered him assistance in any way if he needed it since it was only him. Truck broke down at intersection as air manifold failed on Volvo VNL. Had Magic Valley Towing tow unit in and they had part replaced with driveline installed back in again in no time! Great service and reasonably priced.Overall paid $230.89 for both part ($104.61) and labor ($120.00). Paid through EFS check.
