I work for Joint Powers Minidoka Animal Control. And from time to time we have dogs that come into the shelter that are sick. When something like this happens we try to get them in to be looked at or treated right away before we put them with any other dog's. And Dr.Sue Bosted who works for Glispie Veterinarian Clinic has helped us out many times. It can be late and after hours and she never lets us down. She will meet us at their office and start treatment right away if needed. She is a true professional who is dedicated to helping animals of all kinds. She understands the need of controlling diseases to prevent an outbreak. So whether it's Sunday or even a holiday doctor Sue will come out meet us and take care of what needs to be done even if it means the dog will have to be euthanized. It can be real frustrating to spend countless hours sterilising the entire shelter just to see another out break of Parvo and distemper or other types of diseases. But by working together with the glispie veterinarian clinic we have saved hundreds of dogs and spayed or neutered several hundred dogs that have come through our shelter. They give the shelter a cut-rate price which is passed on to the customer and they appreciate that. It makes our job easier because it makes it cheeper for them to adopt the Dogs Out. I highly recommend there Clinic if you have or raise animals of any type.
