“On Sept 11th the bearing went out on my travel trailer about 20 miles east of Burley. Wickel Tire Pros went the extra mile to help me out. I had called and spoke to Maria and let her know about my situation. I text a photo so they could see the problem. While we were being helped with a tow service getting us back to Burley they were on the phone looking for a new hub assembly which was 1/2 hr away to the next town. (I did not know that until the job was almost completed). We pulled into the driveway and while I checked in at the front desk, Taco had gone out and started working on it immediately. Lonnie helped finish the work and within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there we were back on the road. Thank you to the Wickel Tire Pros Team especially Maria, Taco & Lonnie for outstanding cheerful customer service in getting us back on the road!!!

My car's alternator went out about 15 miles south of this mechanic shop. I pretty much googled the closest mechanic shop to me and hoped for the best. Despite my misfortune though, my luck changed when I found Hemsley's. They saw my distress coming in (driving alone with a check battery light on is no small feat) and were able to fix my alternator that day. They are good, honest people and the owner even test drives all the cars after repairs to make sure they're running well. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, I would recommend them to anyone having car troubles or just need routine maintenance.”
“This 5 star review is for Jordan in service specifically, I was really impressed with her customer service, I had to pick up some golf clubs that were in my car while it was being worked on, and she went out of her way to go get them, carry them all the way to my car for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger. I was incredibly impressed with that.”
“When our car broke down on the way to a wedding, the mechanics at Don’s were wonderful! The car was looked after promptly and professionally. They were quick to respond and even came to the shop on a Sunday afternoon so we could pick it up on our way home. I hope we never have a car break down on a road trip again, but if we do, we will happily take it to Don’s.”
“It was great! Adam Cook is an amazing salesman. He took time to answer questions about the vehicles we were interested and told us about different features. He took us for a test drive and told us things inside the vehicle.
Jordan Torrez was great with our financing. He was headed home for the day, but happily offered to stay and help us. He had a great attitude and didn't act "put out" over us keeping him late.
We much appreciate everyone staying late to accommodate us. We stopped in around 5:15pm to when we got off work.”

“Lane got me 4 brand new tires on Tuesday when I called Monday, and him and his guys had my old tires dismounted and new ones mounted and everything within 25 minutes best go to for anything!”
“We were stuck on the side of the road with no gas. They were super friendly and let us know someone would be with us within 35 minutes. In which they showed up in 35 minutes. The tow truck driver was super kind and emphatic!”

“The owner, Israel, stoped by our gas station, Valley Wide in Shoshone. He helped us get a broken key out of our front door. He was also very friendly and personable. We are so very appreciative!”
“I got a completely flat tire from left over roofing materials all over the parking lot at the baseball fields, I called Les Schwab and they sent their employee who goes by LA to help me at my hotel then he got the tire aired up and able to get to the shop. I followed him to the shop and he immediately had me park in one of the bays. He removed the screws, blade, nails and screw from my tire and didn’t charge me a dime. He was the nicest guy with the absolute best customer service. I was so impressed, my kids and I will be able to make the trip back home tomorrow!

“My husbands Pete was leaking antifreeze. Kylee told to come on in. They took us immediately. Wayne the foreman and Kaylee took excellent care of us. When she took us out to the shop to get something out of his truck OMG THE SHOP WAS IMPECCABLE!!! The mechanic was wonderful, never stopped working on his truck putting a new radiator in. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. Would ? recommend them to everyone!!!!”
