Purchasing a trailer from Farm Country Sales was one of the biggest nightmares I’ve ever encountered. I can understand some delays in materials due to the Covid virus, however, once I was quoted a price for a trailer equipped a certain way that should’ve been the price for that trailer equipped as specified. This was not the case, as when my trailer showed up it did not have the wheels and tires it should’ve had and the D ring was missing from this trailer. The aluminum deck on this trailer should have been a one piece construction however I was told due to the inability to get materials, the only way I would be able to get it in the year 2021 would be to have that done in two separate pieces with a splice in the middle, however,I was not compensated for that difference either. When I made attempts to resolve this I was told that due to the increase in the cost of materials, the price I was quoted was the price I would have to pay even though it was ill-equipped. I have been trying to get a D ring from the manufacturer to no avail and finally ended up buying one on my own. I would avoid purchasing a trailer from this dealer.

Wade was hands down the best salesman that Ive had the pleasure of working with. He wasn't pushy, didn't play games, and ultimately did everything he could to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. Not to mention his pricing is the best I could find. He was patient and dealt with us as out of state customers and had the trailer ready for my driver to pick up on the designated day. My driver was please with their interaction and applauded his knowledge and friendliness. I will never take my money elsewhere as long as Farm Country is around. The 13 hour drive is 100% worth the customer service and ease of purchase. Thanks again for the deal and thanks for helping us!

Wanted to buy a specific trailer. Farm County Sales had what we were looking for. Wade was very helpful with providing information that I needed since we live 7 hours away. He was very patient when it came to handling paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone that would prefer to have a small-town service rather than a big dealership operation.

Impressive organization in every way. I live in Boise and needed a trailer for a side by side with little notice. Farm Country offered a fair and reasonable price for a delivered trailer that I had only seen on the web and would not be at home to even accept delivery. After the sale questions and request were quickly handled with the same level of care. If you need a trailer - these are the folks to go to.
