Owners are very terse and defensive. I definitely will not go back again.
The UPS i know and love has nothing to do with the store… they're a franchise. Why would UPS let people represent their brand so poorly?

Screw this money grabbing company. Amazon sent a package there from an address used a year ago and they want 5 dollars to hand over the package after I came from kellog idaho to get it only to have them lock the doors as I'm walking up cuz it was almost 3. I'll never do bussiness with this establishment again.

My wife just left the store about an hour ago and both she and the customer before her were treated so rudely by this store's employee. The customer before my wife was asked "why she waited so long today to come in and ship her package? Don't you know we close at 3?" My wife was shipping an Amazon return and was told "This better be a fast one." All he had to do was scan two QR codes.If you don't want customers after 2:45 lock your door. If you are open til 3, be open to until 3...with a smile!

Each time I've gone in here the young man I dealt with is extremely rude. Always ready to start an argument and is very annoyed to be dealing with customers. I'd rather drive out of my way to another UPS store in Post Falls then get treated this way by the staff.

Worst service ever! Went in a few days ago with prepaid shipping and there was no charge! Then went in again with prepaid shipping was charged $1. Then went on today and with prepaid shipping and was charged $2. When I asked why the price is going up the answer was: to pay for my time and that I was holding up the line for paying customers! (Very rude and disrespectful) when I told her that the label was already paid for she told me that she does not see any of that money! When I told her I was going to report her and write a review she told me: go ahead don't care in the owner! Needless to say will not go to this location again!

I would have given -10 star review if available! I've used this business for shipping and Amazon returns numerous times and have only had 2 pleasant experiences. Most of the female staff are rude and seem to consider customers a nuisance! Obviously being an Amazon return center is clearly annoying to most of the staff! I m done with this place!!!

I received the worst service and treatment by a staff member on my first, and obviously last visit. I had two Amazon return packages. The staff member was confrontational for no reason, especially when return labels for each return was provided. Staff member did not provide a receipt for each return and processed the two returns as one return leaving no proof of return for one resulting in a refund on just one of the two returns. I observed several other Amazon Return customers being sent out the door without any receipt for the items that had been left with this UPS store. process leaves far too many opportunities for internal theft and no means of proof for lost and/or misplaced items. Very poor record keeping process that is harmful to the customer and favorable to internal theft opportunities. I will not be returning to this facility.
