I am going through a divorce and my former spouse did all our banking for 33 years so I had no clue about what to do. Julie Gulman invited me into her office and walked me through the whole process. Set me up with savings and checking accounts, and took the time to explain the process to where my 58 year old mind made sense of it. She also set me up on a to-go app and responded promptly to a question I had. When I failed to respond back, she called me to answer my question. I cannot say enough about the time she spent with me and her attention to my needs. I highly recommend this office!

If you ate not a customer of this bank beware. I used one of their ATMs which promptly ate my card and was informed too bad.....nothing they could do. If it is not their bank card they shred it when opening the atm machine. I would never use a bank with such little customer service outside their own.

This bank has friendly helpful employees. I'm totally satisfied with their customer service. With the exception of phone cues on a Saturday! waiting 10 minutes plus!

This bank is clueless and their customer service is worthless. They claim to be "the worlds greatest bank" and that's a total pile of BS.

Hayden is not my closest branch but I purposely choose here because of the customer service, namely Julie. I truly hope umpqua knows what a gem they have in her. Keep up the friendly smiles and true interest in your customers Julie.

I have been banking with this bank for 15 years. The customer service is outstanding and they really work for YOU! I have been with many banks in the past and this one is hands down the best!!!

This bank is useless and backwards! After giving me a letter of "conditional approval " for a loan for rental property, I was told that the income claimed on my tax return, showed pay stubs for and had matching bank deposits, could not be used to qualify. WTF! I told my loan officer to run the numbers before she did a hard inquiry. Apparently the last thing this bank does is run the numbers after approval ! So I have a useless hard inquiry on my fico. They couldn't follow basic instructions! If you own a corporation or are self employed, Go anywhere else for a loan! I got approved at loan depot!
