I go here every day as a merchant and Harry and Katie are especially nice, pleasant and always very helpful and know what they're doing. Love them!

This bank has friendly helpful employees. I'm totally satisfied with their customer service. With the exception of phone cues on a Saturday! waiting 10 minutes plus!

Hayden is not my closest branch but I purposely choose here because of the customer service, namely Julie. I truly hope umpqua knows what a gem they have in her. Keep up the friendly smiles and true interest in your customers Julie.
