“I would give Lake City Auto Care more stars if I could because they went above and beyond to help us out. We are from Cheyenne Wyoming and are here on vacation when our Jeep had an issue in the morning. We tried every Jeep dealership within 100 miles and the best any of them could do was diagnose our Jeep (not fix it) by the end of the day. We went to Lake City and Ben helped us out by getting us in and out in under an hour. We would have paid any amount, but the price was very reasonable (less than the minimum the dealership wanted to just diagnose the problem) nd the Jeep is running like a champ! It is rare to see a company with compassion.”

“We were 2000 miles into a road trip with Silverwood being our last stop. We got into town and my truck overheated. We called everywhere and he was the only one who could get us in. I dropped my truck off Friday morning and it was complete Friday afternoon. New radiator, fan clutch and thermostat. We were blessed to have called him. The expediency and what I thought were very fair prices, especially because who needs a huge unexpected cost in the middle of vacation that already is expensive were greatly appreciated. years now. They always have fantastic service and fair pricing. My favorite part is how they provide estimates through text message. Their estimates show pictures of their findings (battery tests, code readings, fluid color, any scratches/dings/cracks they noticed), all graded on critically. Their estimates break out every piece of their recommended repairs and I can even approve or decline them A-La-Carte right from my phone. Definitely recommend!”

“Love this shop and their people. What started out as a car I picked up at a "junk" auction to a completely restored Pontiac (which you cannot buy anymore) this group was there every step of the way showing my car love and dedication. What more could anyone want. They now service all 3 of my cars, and my Pontiac is exclusive to Lake City. Thanks for upkeeping our daily driver's and helping me restore my first "dad's car." Robert and Angela are the best, they even helped with referrals. And thanks to the owner Ben Pricket for having my back and assisting on the weekend.
