2 years ago they had a fantastic service (5stars) and put in our new air heat pump system flawlessly. I was very pleased. But unfortunately then the service started degrading slowly. After 2 years the regular service plans got exorbitantly expensive. We got a recent discounted tune up service this year (2024), which was great again. But the aftermath of trying to get any information and pricing about one single issue found during the inspection, was simply ignored. No reply despite 2 phone calls in over one week. This is NOT the former customer service anymore, and there is major need of educating their customer service staff! For that negligent behavior we down grade our review to 2 stars!

Excellent and Quality work. Techs know what they are doing. Customer service is great and prompt retun phone calls and checking on quality of service. Everyone was courteous kind.

Wow.. what incredible service. Taylor came out to service mini-splits and determine what was an issue. He quickly and efficiently found the problem, called to check on warranty with the company and came up with solutions in all areas. He even taught me how to solve it temporarily if the repair/replace didn’t occur until later. What a treasure. I will utilize Trademark in the future for anything regarding heating, cooling and electric. Highly recommended.

The two fellows from Trademark Mechanical were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. The work was well done, and from the time I accepted the order to the time the work was finished was only about 1 week.
Taylor is fantastic! Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick and gave us a lot of tips about maintainable.

Trademark and their installers did a great job for us. Our Mini-Split works great. The installers arrived within the window, kept us informed as to progress. By the end of the day our house was quietly cooled!
Update: 8/29/2024. Since the great day of installation and after paying almost $12,000.00 the installation has failed four times. Three times Trademark has sent either one or two repairmen to fix the Mini-Split which has not held refrigerant for more than 4 days since the installation.
Additionally, the Trademark salesman, Travis, assured us verbally and in writing that Trademark was an approved contractor with Inland Power and we would therefore be entitled to a rebate from our power company that would offset 6.5% of the cost of of the unit and installation. Trademark is not an approved contractor of Inland Power. We have contacted the salesman three time and Trademark directly twice and have been told that someone would be in touch with us immediately, which they did not.
I will update if our issues are not resolved.
Update 9/3/2024:
I was contacted by Travis who apologized and agreed on behalf of Trademark to refund $800 of our purchase price, to offset the rebate. This was the right thing to do. Thank you.
Trademark also sent their technician to repair and replace the connections on the line set and recharge the system on August 29, 2024. The technician promised that additional technicians would be back to retest the system on September 3, 2024. They showed up promptly at 9:00 A.M., as promised, tested the system and found no further leaks. Thanks, it appears the system has been fixed, and we are hopeful that it will stay fixed.
I will update this review when the refund has been received and the system stays operational.

Excellent service. Taylor, the technician was there right on time and did a detailed inspection of my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. After inspection, he explained what was working and what needed attention and left me a written report that evaluated all the components of my systems.
