I have had such a wonderful experience here they treat you like a friend when you walk in and the girls are just amazing and happy. I got my hair done by Rachael and I am just beyond happy with how it came out. I will definitely be going back.

Nice clean hair salon. Hair cuts, colors and such. nail stuff too. Walkins or appointments depending on traffic.

Unfortunately I had one of the worst acrylic manicures I've ever had, and 5 days before my wedding nonetheless. I had a French tip manicure done but whatever nail prep solution she used burned my nail bed and made the previous fill lines a blaring red color that was extremely noticeable. I went to a different salon to have them fixed the next day. The gel pedicure was good, but she did not file my calluses or trim my cuticles/nails. Overall, I was disappointed in the services I paid for.

The outside was clean and the shop was easy to get to. I was greeted upon entry and told to grab a seat. I did so. My stylist (Rachel) agreed to see me an hour earlier than my appointment and was ready on time. Super friendly lady and makes sitting in a chair for two hours (for a perm) fun. There was some beauty salon drama going on but my stylist was attentive to me and took good care of me. My negatives are that I went in with an idea of what I wanted and when I mentioned the colors of rods I wanted used, Rachel kind of dismissed my words and suggested something else because it would look bad. Me not having my hair permed for a decade I decided to go with her suggestion. Well, turns out she did a very loose wave. If i wanted wavy hair I would have asked for wavy hair. I wanted bouncy curls. I did not want the same look I can get out of the shower with. So my hair isn't the way I had imagined but oh well. Go with it right?Then I went to pay. She told me a number for a cut and perm up front when we were discussing setting the appointment. She never mentioned any changes to the amount when I showed up nor during the process so when I went to pay I was expecting to pay that number. Nope it was $10 more. Now $10 isn't a lot but the fact that she never even said anything was crazy to me. The shop was nice, clean, and comfortable; my stylist was fun and attentive; there was drama; hair didn't look like I wanted, and I felt like the communication wasn't there. This is why they get a 3/5 stars.
