I have loved the customer service I received from Selkirk. They are prompt, friendly and very accommodating! If there is an issue with your paddle, they evaluate it and replace it for free! I will always be a Selkirk customer!!

Excellent customer, excellent product. I bought one from a large chain store. When I got it home I realized it had been used or at least miss handled. I called the store they had none left; I wanted to play with it, they would not return if I did. Selkirk understood the issue and are sending a new one after which I return this one to them. Couldn't ask for more!

They are one of the few companies who truly honor their warranty and trial period with no questions asked. The company seems to care about quality and customer service and that's hard to find these days.
