My husband has 4 broken ribs! The pharmacist denied the “opioid “ prescription because he already had a prescription for it! It takes up to 6-8 weeks for ribs to heal and the pain is excruciating!! Why does the pharmacist have the right to deny what a DOCTOR prescribed!! This is outrageous. I wish the pharmacist was in this kind of pain and he was denied the relief!!! On top of it all… he has emphysema which puts him at high risk for pneumonia with broken ribs so he if he gets pneumonia I will sue!

The people who work in the pharmacy are so kind & helpful each time I go in. However there is a major exception in the form of Nick the Pharmacy Manager. He is so grumpy & miserable but I have learned to accept his demeanor and give him some grace. I even gave him a 4 star review after he rang me up to see if he noticed and by his smile I think he did. I wanted to make his day a bit better. I hope it did anyway. I was sick to months ago and my physician wrote me a prescription but wrote “Fill at a later time” and said if I continue to have symptoms fill at a later date. Fast forward two months I am very sick and live a hour away so my son is dropping the script off and brining it to me. Apparently Nick will not fill it because it has been two months and he needs to “verify my prescription” by calling the immediate care before he fills it. Verify what I asked. I don’t understand what there is to verify. It is a legitimate prescription by a legitimate physician at a legitimate immediate care center. He could not answer what he is verifying. The law is non narcotic medications can be filled up to a year. He said he is following procedure. This is a person who needs to feel power and control. He had no common sense reason as to what he needs to verify except to make things miserable for other people because he can. My son had to drive back to retain the prescription and go somewhere else. What a waste of time. A lot of time. I would like someone to reach out to me so I can give more detail’s about this horrible experience.

I called to schedule a strep test at this Rite Aid and was told their machine was broken. I later learned that the machine wasn't broken. They just didn't want to perform the test. I think this is unfortunate. I understand that it's busy and your understaffed. I also understand that it's a huge ordeal to do the strep test, but it is something the company offers and to deny someone of that because you don't want to is lazy and unethical. Someone was sick and couldn't get to an urgent care and needed your help. You denied them that. I ended up going to the Ironwood store and they too were understaffed and busy and while they never said it, I could tell they didn't want to do it either, but they did. And they did a wonderful job. I left them a glowing review because Even though they were super busy they did it anyway with a good attitude and I appreciate that.

I can't comment on the store or store associates but the pharmacy staff are so good! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they seem to enjoy being there.

Arrived early for vaccine appointment. No one (zero) waiting for a vaccine. Pharmacist visible and not filling prescriptions. I was called in by pharmacist for my vaccine at exact time of scheduled appointment....... after waiting for at least a half hour with absolutely NO PEOPLE ARRIVING FOR VACCINES! RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!

Worst pharmacy. Anywhere else is better you’ll be thankful you didn’t come here. Medicine is out of stock constantly, not filled, or just horrible customer service.

The staff are always knowledgeable, greet you upon arrival and keep you informed. They also go the extra mile to find the best pricing for your medication. The only RX my family will use.

I don’t give reviews often. I think I have given one other review. Ever. I would like to give a huge thank you and shout out to this amazing and wonderfully kind pharmacy. Pharmacists Nick and Song and pharmacy techs Johanna and Keith have always been a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to help me when needed and do a great job. Thank you Nick, Song, Keith and Johanna at the Hayden Idaho Rite Aid pharmacy!! :)

I was in need of a prescription from my doctor I had just seen. In receiving the prescription from the doctors office, the instructions weren’t clear for the pharmacy. Instead of sending me back to the doctors office they made the call directly and after 10 minute’s on the phone got what was needed. Great staff to take that time and effort to finish off the needed info for my prescription.

Ok, I’ve revisited the pharmacy and they were very helpful getting me smaller bottles for my prescription for travel. The restrooms were cleaned up, way nicer than before.

I have been using Rite Aid in Hayden for last 4 years. The “bald guy” has a name. Keith is clearly printed on his name tag. Keith may have a serious demeanor but he’s very good at his job. He was a huge help with a tricky prescription after my husband’s surgery. I definitely like knowing he’s there taking care of my prescriptions. ???? for this pharmacy.
