I'm not one to write reviews but I feel required to share my experience with this business.
I purchased an engine that was listed under "good" condition. When I received it, I had to attend a military training course in another state for 3 months. Before leaving I left it to my mechanic to install the engine while I was away. This engine turned out to be in rough shape, with a rusted crankshaft and full of mud. When I returned I spoke with a representative who was kind and professional, But could only end up giving me a 25% refund and have me keep the unserviceable engine. While I understand it was past eBay's 30 day return policy, but I feel as though this could have been handled better than a $150 "oops" payment
All parts/equipment should be inspected before listing the items serviceability.
This review isn't to hurt the business in any way, but more to warn customers not to trust the condition as 100% factual.
With all that said, these small businesses are what makes America great, and I only wish for them to improve in the future.

Called about selling an old bike, person on the phone said of course and asked what bike I had and hung up whilst I was talking. Will try again and hopefully will get a hold of someone who will actually listen and explain their policy

The parts i needed for my sled were available and were shipped outthat day. What i received were carefully packaged and the parts looked as if they were new off the shelf. Great job!

Walked in needing a battery for my 2008 Concours. After watching the man at the counter flip thru the catalog for 15 minutes, telling me he couldn't find it, I left empty handed. I tried to stop him 3-4 times as he passed the page, but he argued that I was wrong (without stopping to read the f'n page).I won't go back.

Awesome place to look for power sport gear, parts, and knowledge. These guys are very knowkedgable and know what they are talking about if you are there to buy parts chasing a problem and ask questions, these guys will take the time to go grab things and help you out. After talking with one of the guys up there i was trying to solve an issue on ny Arctic Cat snowmobile and they pointed me in the right direction. They have unique hard to find parts, prices are good and service was great. I recommend this place to anyone reading and I will be back to buy parts and accessories for my machines again. Can't thank them enough for their help!
