I love this place. Dianne is the best. She is always calling to berate me (in her dry, joking manner) because I’m a bit flaky when it comes to picking up packages. The thin skinned people posting negative reviews apparently just don’t get her sense of humor. Just go somewhere else. Typical “fornians” I suppose.

This is my uncles store and my grandma is the crotchety old lady at the front desk that upsets some people. I think it's hilarious to go through these reviews and listen to grandma tell the stories of some of these folks. I can understand where they're coming from. Most people love grandma. She's hard working and cares a lot about what she does. If you have a but of thick skin and want your package taken care of properly, come on down! This is North Idaho family business at its finest.She even got a trophy for amazing customer service. Ask her to show it to you.

The elderly lady that works the front counter, has no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked her if I could mark fragile on the box, she said in a rude tone, "do you think conveyor belts can read?" She then ignored me when I asked for a tracking receipt. I then noticed a paper on the wall that states they are not liable for any prepaid drop off package, as they are only their as a convenience. Soon as I read that I took my package and left. Shame on whoever owns that business. Almost every bad review for this place is because of her.

I shipped a package out of here and found the staff to be extraordinaly friendly and helpful. I am surprised at some of the reviews. These packaging and post businesses are "for profit" businesses. They are usually family owned businesses and have to make a profit or go broke. If you want to drive to the Federal Post Office and wait in line, that is always an option.

Very slow store. There is an older skinny lady that was very rude. They have the audacity to have a sign posted about "Being Kind". What a joke! They don't have Q readers either. Don't waste your time there.

Had to do a FedEx return for a Cabelas/Bass Pro item that was very expensive so I asked for a receipt to ensure the item was no longer in my hands or my responsibility. The elderly woman working the desk rolled her eyes, said “oh the FedEx guy is gonna love you” and she told me to take a picture of the shipping label. That’s all she could offer me as I was leaving her with a $2500.00 item. She was zero help and proceeded to tell the other customer “you’re driving me crazy” regarding whatever that customer needed help with. Whoever runs PostalAnnex needs to realize this is the last time I’ll use any of their services and I would have gone anywhere else if this isn’t where Cabelas required me to go for this.

We are very pleased with Postal Annex. Dianne and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and attentive. We have a personal mailbox and use their UPS and FedEx services. No complaints and we highly recommend them for all your postal needs.

I have never seen a business so horrible as this. They tried to charge me $37 to send a fax of 6 sheets of paper!! I had the files on a jump drive. They said it was $2 every time they click on a file and $2 every time they hit "print". The most absurd thing I have ever seen. It took the employee less than 5 minutes to send this fax and they wanted $37!!! I refused to pay it and they threatened to call the police. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!
