Love this shop and their people. What started out as a car I picked up at a "junk" auction to a completely restored Pontiac (which you cannot buy anymore) this group was there every step of the way showing my car love and dedication. What more could anyone want. They now service all 3 of my cars, and my Pontiac is exclusive to Lake City. Thanks for upkeeping our daily driver's and helping me restore my first "dad's car." Robert and Angela are the best, they even helped with referrals. And thanks to the owner Ben Pricket for having my back and assisting on the weekend.
3/8/24, thank you for the great spring service. Car is ready for another summer driving season. Lake City practically restored this car and maintains it very well. They know me by name too.

Been going here for years. Have recommended them to many friends. They explain why you need certain repairs and the cost and options. Have sent single women friends and they don't have to worry about getting cheated or talked into unnecessary repairs.

Impressive! I usually take my cars faithfully to the dealership where I purchased them, but I have been unhappy the last two times with the repairs at the dealership so I found Lake City Auto Care on the internet in a search. Wow! Am I glad to have found them. They made everything simple, shared videos to explain what was needed or being done, sent a full report of what they proposed and then after my approval they did an amazing job of explaining to me everything that they did and included photos to show me what they had seen! I have NEVER had this great display of service before and I'm no spring chicken! In my book, they are the best and I thoroughly appreciate their first class service!
Too many great and thoughtful things to mention. Most important is that I will return with every car that I own. They are that good!

I replaced all of the steering parts on my pick up and needed an alignment. They didn’t have any spots available but managed to get me in and got it done. Great service, great communication, reasonable price. Job well done!

The team at LCA did a great job taking care of me. I appreciate the prompt responses and quick results. And, as they note, they are one of very few shops that offer free loaner vehicles.

VERY sales oriented… their fancy lobby and free chilled beverages come out of your pocket, and it shows in the bill. You can expect to get txts, junk mail & sales emails from them forever more as well. With that said i had no issues with their service. I really liked the inspection summary with photos and descriptions. I think they charge like $100 bucks for a full vehicle inspection but id say its worth it. Of course they will recommend anything that has wear & tear be replaced even if its still got life left… so keep that in mind.

Everyone at Lake City Auto Care has been fantastic to work with! I have been treated with courtesy and respect at every appointment. They are done with the job when they say they’re going to be done and the cost for each repair is what they quoted. I am highly satisfied with Lake City Auto Care Hayden location. I recommend them to anyone needing Car repairs.
