I just rented a unit here, I love the fact I have 24/7 Access to my unit. Latesha was awesome and very helpful with getting me set up. It's nice to see people working and enjoying what they do! Extremely helpful!

StoreLocal, Hayden has exceeded everything we could ask for in a storage rental. The property is extremely clean, well laid out and 110% safe. The moment you enter the office you can tell the staff really cares. What separates StoreLocal, Hayden from all the other storage companies however, is without a doubt, 1 person: Latishia! WOW!
This lady is beyond amazing, beyond professional, vastly knowledgeable, and was for us, the absolute deciding factor for why we decided to rent at this location. She not only had us up and running in record time, took all our worries away, answered every question and made the process simply too easy, and furthermore, actually delayed her own (hot) lunch to do so for us!
Give this amazing lady a raise, because she is, based on our experience (& too numerous reviews on here to even count), without a doubt, the greatest asset to this company/location that money could ever buy! Thank You Again Leticia. Five stars!*****

I might be butchering the spelling, but I came in to downsize storage units to a smaller one and Latesha was exceptional at helping me get that done and had no problem taking the facility golf cart out and driving me to look at the other unit.

Latesha is the best! We had issues getting our unit unlocked and Latesha was beyond helpful. She tried everything she could to help. We decided to switch to a different unit that uses only a manual lock. She gave us a bigger unit for the same price. She was quick, efficient, friendly and professional.

Latesha at Storelocal Storage in Hayden, Idaho is AWESOME. We were here from Kansas to close and empty a storage unit to move home. Latesha was so friendly and helpful when the key to the lock on the unit could not be found. Latesha found a solution to the problem and got us happily on our way. Thank you Latesha.
