I recently started going to Hayden Lake Family Physicians and have been so pleased with their kindness and quality of care.
I see Jonathan Adams, PA. He is extremely professional and genuine when treating all of my health concerns. He always takes the time to listen and answer any concern or questions I may have.
My wait time is always very minimal to be called back, and my nurse and the front desk staff are always very kind and helpful.
I highly recommend.

I've been a patient for 6 years and it is the only place I would go to for my medical care.
I recently had an appointment with PA-John Adams and I highly recommend him, he's excellent. He listened to me and took his time.

My husband has been patient of Dr. Esau for 20 years . The office ordered a CT for my husband . Was told the office received results and didn’t call my husband . Results required an ER visit . The office called long after they had results . Please make your patients a priority . Someone dropped the ball on my husbands care . It wasn’t Dr Esau that ordered the CT .

The only reason this isn't a 5 star review , after 30 years with my doctor I was asked to join a group , I chose not to and now see someone else in the office still care is excellent and staff are friendly, efficient and competent

I think some of these reviews are written by angry old people. I'm 26 and, every time I interact with this clinic, everyone is so patient and kind. Dealing with doctors always takes some self-advocacy, but I'm always at least heard out. Just wanted to boost the score for some healthcare workers who always help me out.

Hayden Family Physicians have changed dramatically. Staff has also dramatically changed. My opinion-BAD. Concierge medical practice; pay $1,800 dollars EACH year, and you can see a REAL MD. There are times I need to see a provider with a bit more knowledge/experience. Oh, RX refills a joke. If the pharmacy sends a refill over and you have seen another provider. The original provider that wrote RX will deny refill. Reason, you must make an appointment. They DO NOT look at your visits/appointments with a different provider in the same office. I've been going to this office for close to 20 years. The new structure is a HAM=Hot Azz Mess. Honestly, it is a HAM HAM!

Nick Bozarth is the Best. I believe the staff is limited due to insurance restrictions. I chose to opt out of the option for their new plan. As everything listed as a bonus is nothing more than what patient's should always be provided. Isn't that why we choose what provider and clinic we go too. Front desk staff, nurses and Lab techs are amazing and very welcoming!
