It's my understanding that one of the owners of this facility are going through alcohol abuse rehabilitation which could explain forget what they tell you, often times breaking their own rules and contract. They are moody and they're negative attitude makes renting from them a bad experience. I gave proper notice and left the unit in the same condition as it was when I rented it. They kept my rent and my deposit without explanation and ignore you when you try to communicate with them. It's hard to find available units in this area at the rate it's growing. But this facility has available units and now I know why.
