I would never give these people my business again.We rented a space for our 30 foot travel trailer here before the snow hit last fall. They showed us the stall. There were numbers hung on the fence, and all we could see was ours as the others were directly behind the neighbors to both sides.I parked the trailer, and we left. 2 months later, I came to check on our trailer, and they plowed the snow around the trailer and created a 4 foot berm in front of it, blocking our trailer in.At first, they said I would not be able to access my property until spring when the snow melted. I protested a little, and they agreed to 2 weeks' notice if I needed my trailer.This was two months after I parked it. They said nothing about how it was parked.4 months after that (6 months after parked), the owner called and left a rude voice mail stating I was parked in the stall improperly, and I had to come move it immediately. I called the number they called from and left a VM saying I would be there after work to move it.They then called my wife's phone that evening and once again left a rude message saying we were all of a sudden costing them money and that they tried to move my $45k trailer with a bobcat without even asking but couldn't because it was 'too heavy'! There's a hitch lock on the tongue BTW.So that evening, I retrieved my RV and towed it off their property for good.They damaged the paint on the underside of the tongue, trying to move it and I had to have it painted by the dealer.I wouldn't deal with them if they were the only RV storage lot within 100 miles.There are other local businesses offering similar services for a similar price with better customer service. Avoid this place.
