I purchased a 2018 Grand Design Momentum from Bobby Combs in Hayden. They were fantastic and the whole process was super easy. The service department is outstanding and they have gone above and beyond ensuring that our RV is in top notch condition. I highly recommend them and will be going to them for all my RV needs.

Brought my rig in for some warranty work. The process had a few hiccups as far as the warranty company not wanting to cover repairs they had previously said they would but, Sierra got things ironed out and the work was done and covered. Thanks Sierra!

Bobby combs in Hayden is awesome. I’m not gonna lie. We had a rough start, but thanks to Sierra for always being helpful and patient with my 15 calls a day and the service department. I can’t say enough about Phil who was very patient and help me through all my problems. Jamie was great getting our truck Hooked up. Troy thanks man for not making me feel like a moron when I couldn’t do something right. Both our salesman Randy and the finance department was a pleasure to work with .

We were getting ready to go camping and realized we had know power when we plugged our motorhome in. I'm new at rvs and I tried to find the problem but couldn't. I called down to Bobby combs and talked to Phil. He told me to bring it down and he would take a look. He figured out the problem right away and didn't make me feel like a dummy. Appreciate his help alot and would highly recommend him. Thanks

Bobby Combs RV is amazing. We are older people in our 80’s and have had some problems with our RV upon occasion when visiting some of our children in Hayden. Just driving in with no appointment they have someone there to look at our problem immediately and in both cases it was an easy fix and got us back on the road in no time at all. They wouldn’t even take any money saying it was just a simple thing. We would recommend them to anybody. They definitely know what they are doing and help so willingly and cheerfully.

Had some major issues with the computer tablet that runs my 5th wheel. Kylie (parts dept.) listened to my issue, made the right recomendations to run it through for wanarty. She got the ok and immediately ordered what I needed. I had the part delivered guickly to get me back on the road. She's AWESOME!. In a time where customer service is a thing of the past Kylie brought back what customer service is all about! Thank you.

Jesse was wonderful at looking at their inventory for our needs! So helpful with getting us to the camper we ultimately ended up buying. He wasn't our salesman because we went to the cda branch but he directed us to the cda branch to get us to our camper then while we were in the buying process helped us in that to.
Jesse was kind, easy to talk to, and accommodating with our camper needs. Showed us multiple campers and explained things along the way.

My Fiancé and I bought a 2023 wildcat from Bobby Combs R.V., We shopped around for this model locally here in central Washington at a dealer and looked a few other locations. We finally Reached out and we’re interested in one that was a new return, which we got very lucky stumbling across online. We saved thousands buying this unit from Bobby’s over our local dealer for a trailer that was still brand new with everything we wanted, and personally thought it was a mis-print on the online add for price. Jeff our salesman took the time on his day off on Sunday to run down and do a full virtual walk through for us and get numbers and everything squared away for Monday. Since we new the trailer model very well ahead of time, we were able to buy our trailer sitting on our couch at home and pick up the following weekend. Thanks Jeff and Bobby combs for being straight shooters and getting us taken care of. We will be getting ahold of you on our next upgrade.
