These guys are incredible! We have been using them for 4 years. We had a weird hiccup today and they went above and beyond to make sure our vacation wasn’t ruined. We can’t say enough about them. We tell everyone about them and would refer them to all friends and family.

Have had my boat serviced here a few times. They always do their best to accommodate on short notice.
Most recent when it was taking a fair amount of time, working with Bryce and Jess was a really good experience. They went above and beyond - really appreciated their commitment to getting things right.

Professional Marine Service does a great job helping us with all our boating needs!! They have exceeded our expectations with boat maintenance and storage and are wonderful to work with. They offer indoor storage, which we used during the winter months as well as “in-and-out” service for the summer months when our HOA prevents us from keeping the boat on our property. They are super helpful and have answered all our questions over the years!!

Poor experience with service. Took my boat in twice to diagnose an issue when boat is neutral. First time in they replaced a battery $800 later.... issue continued, I returned , they spent 2 hours on diagnostic and additional time lake testing the boat... $600 and 2 weeks later, boat returned to me saying they tightened a sensor and they think its fixed. The issue immediately returned my next time on the water within minutes. Called back, shop manager asked to leave the boat there for another few weeks until they can get to it again, and continue to run up a endless tab on engine diagnostics for an issue they couldn't figure out the first 2 times around.... I'd strongly hesitate to bring these guys your boat if you have a tricky issue unless you don't mind burning money and having them returning your boat without figuring it out or fixing it and just asking for "more time " No thanks..... UPDATE: Took my boat to another shop who specializes in Honda Motors, He found the issue in less than 30 minutes, bad regulator rectifier - part order and fixed all for less the half the price of these guys endless diagnostic fees, serious competency issues with this shop! Asked for a credit toward all the wasted diagnostic money and I would update this review reflecting that they did the right thing, but they refused to do so, just kept saying they couldn't "replicate" the issue.... that isn't true at all, the second time I brought it to them, it through the code in their shop and then they cleared it, so it was in their hands replicating the issue at that time!! Also come to find out there were previous issues with the motor overheating stored in the computer and the shop didn't mention those either!
Its a pretty simple concept in ANY customer service related business, if a customer is unhappy with the service, you offer to make it right, or offer compensation toward the service that was paid for regardless of the work performed, that's just the right thing to do... even if it hurts your bottom line..... these guys just don't get it.... that would have turned the poor experience into a positive one for me and the vast majority of people! All he said was "I can't do that, i have 50 other boats to work on that will pay me"

Professional Marine is the best place in Kootenai County. Called them on a repair to our Bentington Pontoon boat. They listened to my concerns and were so friendly and showed they cared about you. What I thought was wrong, they found working and called rite away and explained everything. I told my wife when we left. You just do not see this attention from many business here. They are even 49er fans. They will be our go to dealer in all future issues. Great Staff. Rick & Mar Jones
