Had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at this location today. The manger “Lilly” think the lied about her name first off…she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my mom. We purchased new smart watches five days ago and one of them had not been working and went into the store this morning and got told to call tech support on our own…left the store called tech support who was awesome and had us factory reset the watch and it still didn’t work…called back tried the same process 2 more times so a total of 3 factory resets and the rep finally said it was a faulty product and to take it back to the store to exchange or get refund (both tech reps extremely nice) got back to the store for the second time and Lily was extremely dismissive told us we could not return our product even though it had only been 5 days since day or purchase…she yanked the watch from my moms hands and told us to let her do her job and fix it and that she had to go through this process before she could refund us for the product…I simply told her even if she got it working we didn’t want the watch and wanted to return it and she kept Insisting it was working when I proved many times it was not getting any notifications…she kept telling us the cellular data is connected and working and that it was just lagging from us resetting the watch…again I asked for it to just be returned and she still told us she couldn’t take our return and that we would have to come back in a few days when the “the other” manager would be in…she then asked us to leave the store and wouldn’t do nothing else for us! On our way out I told her we would call the 611 number to get return and she said good luck I’m going to notate ur account that everything is working correctly I just laughed and left the store…called the 611 number and immediately got results and a helpful rep who was able to refund us everything and even said this new model of the se9 has had tons of glitches and she was not sure why the store manager would not do our return as we were within our 14 day time period.

Staff worked hard to find a screen protector for my iPhone 11. They did not have one on hand, but figured out that one for an iPhone 12 would fit and promptly put it on.

Gregory quickly diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He was polite, kind, patient and very efficient. A great employee and represented AT&T very well.

Tyler and Alyssa helped me out today with my complicated questions over the phone about a new I Pad, and were more than accommodating and friendly. Before I arrived they set up the sale and got there ducks In a row for me. This was my fastest in and out experience in the phone industry EVER! Thanks Hayden AT&T. Yall have your stuff together.

Great store!! Helped me so much. I had two horrible experiences at the ironwood location and as a last resort figured I would come here and Elijah helped me and made a problem that according to the Ironwood store “couldn’t be solved” (after only trying for two minutes) fixed in less then 5 minutes. Elijah knew I was frustrated and at no point did he make me feel unjustified in it. I can not recommend this store enough, (mostly Elijah) it is completely out of my way but will only come here from now on.

Lily was the lady taking care of us and she was amazing!! Helped me and my mom with all of our questions and more. Super positive and happy. I usually have a good experience at this store in Hayden Idaho but this was the best experience. She did a great job.

Lillie and Alyssa were helpful and amazing!We witnessed an absolutely horrible and rude lady last night (Brandy the b!tch)that left a bad review for these amazing ladies even though it wasn’t their fault and was a separate billing issue.We came in to get my son a phone and because of the amazing service we had I came back in today to get a new one for myself.Stop treating sales associates poorly for no reason!Alyssa even offered to go to another store in her personal car to get the phone I wanted.

I have been lied to every time I've been to this location. The 2 men I've worked with have been great but they can't actually make the adjustments I've been told repeatedly would be fixed. I'm being charged more than I was told as well. Tonight I went in to talk to them again and the girl that was there was condescending and rude and insisted it couldn't possibly be anything her manager was or wasn't doing. Horrid customer service.

Elijah who helped me upgrade my iPhone was over all super sweet, knowledgable and efficient, he was awesome with my younger kids who were with me.Overall just an easy amazing experience and would definitely refer people to go see him

We both, wife and I bought new iPhones and we worked primarily with Elijah for our phones and Millie assisted with our accessories. Both were amazing.In 30 years of cell phone use this was my least painful and most enjoyable experience.Take care of these two employees, they are gems and worthy of recognition.

The young lady I talked to was very friendly and seemed helpful, but why she felt compelled to reset my network settings when I asked about issues with my touch screen still confuses me. It's caused nothing but problems trying to re-establish all my wireless and Bluetooth connections. In her defense this seems to be the go-to tech support response anymore, much like "power it off and back on and the problem should go away" was a decade ago. My touchscreen still sucks, and now I have to reconnect a bunch of stuff for reasons I'll never know. E for effort young lady at AT&T.
